So What Are Succulents? Suci-nums is a genus of succulents, also known as flowerheads. These beautiful flowering plants have been found in the wild and there are many different varieties that can be distinguished by their shape and color. In North America, these flowers bloom from spring to fall where it rains heavily throughout the year. There are other species like Whitefish (Kochia Variegata) that sometimes appear on dry ground but come out this way if the wind blows hard enough during early summer hours or after an extremely heavy rainstorm.
